Cant believe I upgraded my old phone to a new one, as the deals look good.

I went through the online site process of selecting a phone and using my old one as a trade-in. Paid online and then a page pops up saying ' Nearly done, please speak to us to continue'

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM. DONT DO IT.SERVICE IS SO BAD. ALWAYS BUSY.PHONE, CHAT ETC.UTTER RUBBISH..
