"Steer Clear"

We had a parcel delivered to this store from Collect+ on a Saturday.

When we went to collect it on the Monday morning they were very rude to my wife saying that they had returned the parcel because it was too big and they only get paid 20p for each parcel.

I would never use this store for parcels ever again and would advise anyone else not to use them either.

If they are not happy with what they are paid they should not offer the service and customer service is non existent.

Steer clear of this business.

Should be able to give a zero star rating.
