I went into the 02 shop as I needed help with my new 02 phone as my Internet was being used up really quickly. I stuff member who just said call the customer .I said what could be causing it .I replied it could the up dates you can turn them off he did not show us how to do this . So we said ok we'll do it here so we don't do the wrong thing so I found where it was through no help of the member of stuff .when he asked another customer who walked in if they need help when we were still talking .He really did not want to help us ..
