"Basic care"

This residential home provides poor, basic care for elderly residents. It is filthy dirty. The residents are not attended to for toileting and are left in their rooms without attendance for hours. My mother was thankfully, moved to another nursing home where she now receives good quality care. I feel that she now has her life back, having suffered for one year in an institution where the levels of care are so poor. The manager of the setting is offensive to both residents and their families. Please consider carefully if you intend to leave your loved one in this home. .
