I have had a kitchen refurbishment, the electricians were great, friendly, polite, explained what was happening & really nice people, on the other hand the kitchen fitters did not follow the plans correctly, therefore I requested their return after they left my property at 2pm, they were savage they had to return to complete plumbing they had not even changed to fit in with the plans.

The tiler was great, done an excellent job, my kitchen was looking lovely & my hopes were finally high - until the decorator arrived, I have never seen such a bad wallpapering job in all my life, my kids could do a better job. The anaglypta wallpaper has been put up horizontally at the top then half way down the wall it has been put up vertically then patched up in lots of different strips, squares etc, the painting is horrendously finished, mainly gloss all over the floor & I'm not talking a small amount, bad enough that I had to send my kids out the front door to walk around to the back door to use our toilet - I am totally shocked at the unprofessional manner that NKS contractor Manager has dealt with this situation, I am yet to have this rectified as still no floor & I have been living upstairs for 13 days so far - HELP!!.
