"Rough to smooth in 2 hours!"

First timer to the parlour with any dog, but my 7year old rescued long haired white German Shepherd had 5inch thick fur that was tangled! She is a beautiful girl who loves people and doesn't like to be alone, she's can be very vocal. I arrived at my appointment time of 11am and my dog was taken from me an walked to rear of shop, she didn't even glance back! I was asked to wait outside for 10 minutes out of sight to make sure she settled and as the lady left her she started to bark. The owner came outside and said as she was barking so they would start her there an then, to go home and they would be a few hours before she was done! I left an went home and sat by the phone, 2hours past then the call to say she was ready for collection. I left immediately and was surprised at the result, she had been washed, dried, groomed, cut and a pedicure all for £35. She smelt and looked beautiful and with now just a 2inch thick coat, I hope I can keep the grooming up to date! It's been a week since she was groomed professionally and she still looks and smells lovely.

I've recommended a friend already. .
