"Read T&C's very carefully "

I asked this company to source a nanny for me, after reading their T&C's on their website(stating that fees only payable upon engaging a nanny). They were supposed to send a nanny this evening to meet me, however I was let down due to nanny sickness but as I was concerned about reliability, I made other arrangements namely a child minder. I told the agency and was shocked to be told that I had to pay them money for searching for a nanny even though this wasn't stated anywhere in their T&C's, I informed the agency of this and was told "you must have seen old T&C's then". Oh dear.....very unprofessional in my opinion. Use their service with caution!! .
