"Terrible Customer service"

I have been with this gym for a while. I enjoyed working out here until that day. I returned to my car and I found a parking ticket. We were told last week that this would take place and we were all given a permit. On this day I was running late so I forgot to place my permit in my window. When I went into the gym to speak to person in charge, they were abusive and very rude to me. I explained what had happened and they should have known that I had a permit and they would have my records on file so I would not have to pay, but Oh no, the person I spoke to was rude, called over to other people and they got very heavy handed. Well all I can say is they need to be trained on anger management also in customer service, seeing they don't no the meaning of it. Well I am no longer going to this gym and if you enjoy a polite, courteous and respectful environment with great customer service this gym is not the place for you. Go some where else. Upset, dissatisfied customer. .
