I took a blazer in to be taken in at the waist. Within seconds of arriving I was cordially greeted and my needs assessed, with Jack offering his experienced opinion on cut and style.

Returning the following week, my garment was hanging ready for collection and was perfectly cut to my silhouette.

It cost £35 for this alteration, which is a shade more than I was quoted elsewhere. But I can't see myself going anywhere else after being so pleased with the results here.
