I love things and company that offer good value for money!!

Alphabet childcare is not one of this company…

I was looking for a nanny to take care of my children and I requested the service of Alphabet…with a lot of ingenuity I read on their website that the fee was just above 300£ and although expensive I thought that for the benefit of my children I was going to use a respected company…

I was missing the fine print…if you employ a nanny for more than 30 hours the charge 3 weeks of gross salary (in my case more than 800£)

I spent 800£ for 5 CVs and in the fee is not even included CRB check…

I regret to have spent 800£ for such a poor service
