"THE WRONG MAIL DELIVERED TO US FOR OVER A YEAR"

Mail and parcels are being delivered daily to BS82JU that are for other addresses within the area. Every day I am delivering very important mail to the correct address, some letter are from NHS, private and confidential mail, financial mail, marked from opticians etc; etc. To add to the seriousness of the problem, I am now finding parcels addressed for other addresses, hidden in our bin store. Clearly unacceptable but Royal Mail are not interested after notifying them, of this happening on a daily basis, over a year ago and no reply from notifying them a week ago..
