"No quote ever received"

I contacted this company and someone came around on a Tuesday 9th March and was very informative. I was told would have quote by the Saturday . Never received it. I phoned up a couple of weeks later to be told would be done and e mailed. Now it's 5th Dpril and still no quote. very disappointing..
