"Non deliverry of flowers"

I was at mmy address all day today but royal mail left note to say they were unable to deliver to me . I actually saw the postman put mail in my put side box.

As flowers are perishable a delivery on Monday instead of Friday will leave me with wilted flowers

I a m unable to pick them up from Fishponds Post office

I am in on the Saturday but no offer to deliver disappointed custome.
