"Home from Home closed down"

The excellent Methodist International House in Bristol was closed down in September 2010 because the owner, Methodist Church, no longer wanted to provide this service from the prime site and needed the money raised from the sale of the premises for other important projects.

The University of Bristol had a wide choice of alternative accommodation and it was time to end the service..
