"Excellent service, totally recommend"

Went to buy an outfit for my son's wedding in House of Fraser, Cabot Circus, Bristol, found a dress and jacket which I loved the fitting room attendant was lovely recommended a different size jacket was happy but when I went to pay my husband noticed a pulled thread on the jacket, Manager immediately apologised and went and got one from the storeroom, perfect then we noticed a mark on the dress when she got a new one same Mark again, also another dress had a mark obviously a problem in the storeroom, they again apologised and immediately organised a click and collect within 2 days at cribbs causeway, my choice, of a new dress, thus excellent service with all involved and with a smile, nothing was to much trouble, I am now a customer for life,.
