HT is a middle class Church based in the town of Nailsea with an ageing population.

It is a very ‘good-looking church’ with their new Trinity centre, and has many different activities targeted at all ages! The groups that can be attended on offer are really diverse and targets a variety of different people. The youth work seems particularly encouraging with a strong number of attendees and a range of groups to attend.

However, the staff call themselves Christians, but do not exactly witness this in their treating of other staff members and congregation. the way certain staff talk to others needs to be re-evaluated and the emotional manipulation needs to stop. All staff work their socks off, but God doesn’t want you to put WORK above all else, including HIM or FAMILY. There is a very unhealthy work ethic at HT. Including only using trainee’s as youth workers to save a little bit of money. Training youth workers is fantastic but with no one to guide them or train them- you’re doing them an injustice, and the church. It is slave labour.

HT also likes to think they are a very welcoming Church. However, I have been twice and was never welcomed or spoken to by anyone. It seems very cliquey..
