"Incompetent and non understanding"

Assistant in the first store was fantastic very helpful and knowledgeable. He rang up to see if Brislington Bristol store cycle department had the bike part I was looking for. On the phone Brislington said yes. I drove 7 miles to get there through the city only to discover the Brislington didn’t have the part I needed only the same as the on in the previous store I been in. The assistant at Brislington was non understanding and didn’t have any sympathy fir the amount if trouble I’d been put through. He could only offer me spending an extra £11 to modify the wheel so I could get what I needed. He offered no discount and just gladly took my money. I needed the part that day. I can order parts online myself at a cheaper price than Halfords charge. The reason I didn’t do that option is I needed the parts that day. In today’s world online shopping is cheaper. The convenience of going to a shop and paying more is to get items that day..
