"Abrupt and rude service"

The attendant was rude and abrupt, when I requested wash 1. He gave my car a cursery pre wash and when challenged at his lack of care and poor customer service he simply said "If you want a proper prewash you need to pay a minimum of £5. This has happened on 2 occasions even after raising a formal complaint with IMO.
