I have been a tenant for over 6 years with United , during this time I've had health problems and United Housing have always been helpful for all my needs. During my tenancy my property was undergoing some work and I was finding it difficult to cope with the workmen coming to my flat. United asked me if I'd prefer to move out for a few days while the work was being completed, they then sorted out alternative accomodation in a perfect nearby location which they agreed with me first. I really couldn't be happier with their service . I would recommend them as a landlord to anyone who needs them..
