"My skirt ordered on wrong account."

Very disappointed today. Might ordered and paid by card and the salesperson never logged out of a previous account. Her address and details on the collection slip, plus my bank details.

It was highly embarrassing to be questioned about those details that had been completed the day before. I never noticed.

I asked to see the manager and have made a complaint. The skirt they kept, I had a refund!.
