"Horrible service"

An awful experience! I went for a simple shampoo&blow dry straight, I asked upfront about the price for my length of hair and she said £25. The hairdresser shampooed my hair in haste, not even clearing the foam. Then she proceeded blowdrying my hair while having many intervals to do this&that, then she was debating with the other hairdresser (who was doing nothing) whether they should have pizza or burger and what time they should have their break and how far mcdonalds is. They also said to oncoming customers that they would be having their breaks soon in order to deter them from waiting. Which it did. I was the only one having my hair done.

Finally, she did not straighten my hair properly and when I asked her in surprise why my hair is not straight, she said that "for your type of hair that is pretty straight". Note that my hair is not even curly, it is just naturally wavy. She said she would need to charge an extra £5 (!) if i needed them totally straight! What an outrageously ridiculous service and arrogance. I just threw £25 in the air and left in a horrible mood. Not coming back again..
