Myself and my Wife went into Smyths Cribbs Bristol to purchase a rocking cataplier to find they only had the display one we asked if they would sell it and the manager said YES but he said it did not come with a box in which case they could not except it back after Christmas if our grandson received two items the same.!

As we could not return it in the original box the question comes why do they throw the box away.!

So we went to toys r us in Cribbs and purchased a similar items with the guarantee of after Christmas it was duplicated it could be exchanged well done Toys r Us .

We the spent over £100 in that store.

We will not go to Smyths again very POOR customer service..
